ABOUT YOUR BAKER

Hi, my name is Stephen Kramer.  Breaderick is about building a local community of people who appreciate whole grain, naturally fermented breads.  I started my bread journey in Germany learning the art and science of rye sourdough.  Since then I’ve operated a small brick and mortar bakery and currently head Research and Development at an industrial bakery in Frederick, Maryland.  I look forward to sharing the breads I feel passionate about with you, and to helping you along your own personal bread journey.
